This Privacy Policy governs Payments Hub's (also known as "Digital Payments Hub", "Digital Franchise Hub") collection, access, use, storage, transfer, and disclosure of user information (personal or sensitive) through its services, encompassing the platform, website, and mobile applications. Users, referred to as Customers, implicitly agree to these terms by accessing or using the services, with the understanding that information handling complies with applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and regulations. The policy incorporates all terms and conditions related to the services provided by the Company, emphasizing that users represent their acceptance of these terms.   2. Your details including Purchase history/ transaction history, balances, payment details, for maintaining records (as per the Applicable Laws) of your trade balance account.
  3. Images/ Photos of documents/ live photo/ Video required for availing any of Our Services.
  4. Employment details (e.g. occupation, positions held, employment history, business details, GST details (including extracting of GST from PAN or from GST Number) salary and/or benefits) as part of Our record retention for various Services or required under Applicable Laws.
  5. Opinions provided by You to Us by way of feedback or responses to surveys.
  6. Your location, approximate/ precise based on the best available/multiple sources including but not limited to GPS/Mobile network/Wifi/IP etc
  7. Information obtained from Your mobile device by way of using Our Platform like device location, communication information including phone number.
  8. User behaviour analysis, demographic information (such as preferences and interests etc).
  9. Note: Users can always refuse to supply Personal Information, however, it may prevent them from engaging in certain Services related activities.

What we do with the Personal Information we gather?

  • Manage and personalize the Services.
  • Process transactions.
  • Do research and analysis to improve Our Services, make them more secure, and ensure better quality; Figure out any issues and understand how people are using the services.
  • Handle and process your requests for Services and any instructions or requests you send us.
